Kerosene lamps are the most common way that families living off-grid, without electricity, light their homes.  They are expensive, incendiary, and release toxic fumes that cause respiratory problems and eye diseases.

 

Individual solar works!  With access to clean, safe light young people get extra hours to study each day. Students do better at school and are more likely to gain higher levels of education.
